Pricing
Fees
Three small fees, no subscriptions, no listing fees, no hidden surcharges. You only pay when a sale moves forward.
To kick off Rocquire, the seller fee is waived entirely on our first 25 completed sales. Sellers keep 100% of the listed price — the buyer protection fee still applies at checkout so payment processing stays covered.
Added on top of the listed price at checkout. Covers payment processing if the seller fails to transfer the game and we have to refund you.
Deducted from the seller's payout after a verified transfer. That's the only fee a seller ever pays on the sale — Rocquire covers the payment processing cost.
- • Listed price + a flat 5% buyer protection fee.
- • Payment is charged at checkout and held by Rocquire until the seller transfers the game and we verify the new ownership on Roblox.
- • If the seller never transfers or the transfer is invalid, the listed price is refunded in full. The 5% buyer protection fee is non-refundable — it covers the payment processing cost Rocquire pays on every charge, including failed sales.
- • Listed price minus a flat 5% seller fee.
- • After ownership is verified and the 7-day review hold completes, your net is released to your Rocquire wallet balance.
- • You withdraw from your wallet to your connected bank account via Stripe Connect whenever you like. No withdrawal fee, and the minimum withdrawal request is $1.00.
- • If the game is not transferred to the buyer's connected Roblox account within 7 days, the order is flagged for admin review and the buyer can request a manual refund from support (minus the 5% buyer fee).
- • Withdrawals typically land in your bank account within 2–7 business days of being approved, per Stripe's schedule.
How the payment moves
Your card is charged once, and the money doesn't reach the seller until the game is actually yours and the review window has passed.
- 1Buyer pays at checkout
Your card is charged the listed price plus the buyer fee. The funds land on Rocquire's account — not the seller's — and are held there.
- 2Seller transfers the game on Roblox
The seller has 7 days to initiate the ownership transfer to the Roblox account you connected to Rocquire.
- 3Rocquire verifies the new owner
We pull the game's live owner from Roblox and check it matches your connected Roblox account. If it doesn't match, the order goes into admin review.
- 47-day payout hold
Once ownership is verified, the seller's payout enters a 7-day review hold on Rocquire's balance. This is the window for either party (or Rocquire) to flag a problem before the money moves.
- 5Release to seller's wallet
Once the buyer is verified as the new group owner and the 7-day hold has passed, the seller's net (listed price minus the seller fee) is released to their Rocquire wallet balance.
- 6Seller withdraws to their bank
The seller requests a withdrawal from their wallet to their connected bank account via Stripe Connect. No withdrawal fee, minimum request $1.00. Funds typically arrive in 2–7 business days once the withdrawal is approved.
A worked example
A game lists for $2,500.
| Listed price | $2,500.00 |
| Buyer protection fee (5%) | +$125.00 |
| Buyer pays at checkout | $2,625.00 |
| Seller fee (5%) | −$125.00 |
| Seller payout (net, after hold) | $2,375.00 |
Rocquire only keeps $250.00 on this example after the 7-day hold releases. If the sale falls through before release, the buyer can request a refund of the listed price (before the 5% buyer protection fee) from support.
