Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Empire Web Solutions LLC, doing business as Rocquire ("Rocquire", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our discovery platform for Roblox games for sale (the "Service"). By using Rocquire, you agree to the practices described here. This policy is maintained by Rocquire and describes the data practices of our app.

• Account & identity: your email address, display name, optional profile details, and (if you choose to sign in with Google) the basic profile information Google returns.
• Roblox connection: when you connect your Roblox account via Roblox OAuth, we receive your Roblox user ID, username, and the groups and games you are permitted to manage. We store OAuth tokens server-side in a restricted table that is not exposed through our public API.
• Discord connection: When you connect Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, and avatar, and (with your permission) add you to the Rocquire Discord server. We cache that identity so buyers and sellers can be contacted about their trades.
• Security data: two-factor authentication (TOTP) enrollment status, one-time codes used to authorize sensitive actions, and authentication events including IP address and user agent for sign-ins and security-relevant actions.
• Listing & inquiry data: listings you create, buyer inquiries sent through listings, and ownership-verification results.
• Usage data: basic information about how you interact with the Service, such as pages viewed, device type, browser, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Cookies & similar tech: used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure your session, and measure performance.

• Operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• Verify Roblox game ownership for sellers.
• Create and manage listings and buyer inquiries.
• Send transactional emails from our notify.rocquire.com domain (delivered through our email provider) for things like email verification, one-time security codes, and listing updates.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security risks, including by reviewing authentication and action logs.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We share information only as needed to run Rocquire:

• Service providers: our hosting and database provider, authentication provider, Roblox (OAuth and game data), Discord (account linking and order channels for your listings and orders), and our email provider. These providers handle data on our behalf or under their own terms.
• Buyers and sellers: when a buyer contacts you through a listing, we reveal the contact details you choose to display (such as your Discord handle and Roblox profile) so you can communicate directly. Buyers may also see your public profile and active listings.
• Public profile: information you choose to make public — display name, profile, and active listings — is visible to anyone using the Service.
• Legal & safety: when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may break parts of the Service such as staying signed in.

We keep different categories of data for different lengths of time, based on what's required by law and what's needed to operate the Service:

• Account profile (name, email, connected accounts): for as long as your account is open. Deleted on request.
• Security and audit logs (sign-ins, 2FA events, OTP issuance/verification, admin actions): up to 24 months, then purged.
• Support correspondence: up to 36 months after the matter closes.
• Roblox OAuth tokens: deleted immediately when you disconnect Roblox or delete your account.
• Cached Discord identity: refreshed at sign-in and before each notification; cleared immediately when you unlink Discord or delete your account.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone. Deletion removes your profile data, clears connected handles, deletes OAuth tokens, suspends active listings, and disables sign-in.

We use safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, database row-level security, restricted server-only access to sensitive tables (such as Roblox OAuth tokens), required two-factor authentication for sensitive actions, and audit logging of authentication events. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage your connected accounts (Roblox, Google, Discord), enroll or re-enroll in two-factor authentication, and update profile information from your Settings page. To exercise other rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Rocquire is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users between 13 and the age of majority in their jurisdiction may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Rocquire is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from another country, you understand your information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions with different data-protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
